This had been a tough evening of drinking and eating. It will probably take a few days before my weight drops again. Today will be a day of lots of water.

19km was finished this morning! The run went exactly according to plan. I was doing 10:1 splits. Last week i had some difficulty with my long run, but not this week. DH and i had decided we would get our long runs in first thing this morning so we could just enjoy the rest of our day. And enjoy we have. We took our dog and his best friend down to the river for a swim and a bit of a hike. When we got home we ate our subway outside on the deck with our books. An hour or so after lunch/dinner we walked our dog to the fairgrounds that are in town to indulge in some mini donuts. Now that we’re home we are doing some more reading and then off to a party tonight. This is such a wonderful day.
