This is a scary number for me, it is getting incredibly close to my starting weight and it feels very far from my goal weight (which I did hit, and then gained from there). I will never see 165 again, I can’t do it.

I changed my life through diet and exercise and then found running. Running then changed my life, showing me how strong and determined I could be. Running has increased my confidence level and showed me who I really am. I will forever be grateful for what running has given me.

Cardio or Strength?
For once in my life, I went with strength. I have hockey both tomorrow and the next day, so I decided to join my hubby for some lifting. He is a great influence as he is always encouraging me to lift to exhaustion. He would never let me strength train without giving it my all. By myself, I am a lifting slacker.

I tracked my food all week! I have been so bad at tracking over the last 6 months or so that this is an accomplishment for me. Tracking holds me accountable, it makes me rethink that treat from the store or the extra serving of dinner that I know will put me over my calories.
